Throughout my entire life I have been overweight. There hasn’t been one day in history for me where I have even been an “average” weight. It took me just about 3 years to lose the 40 pounds that I did. The picture on the left is me at my high school graduation (2010), weighing about 215-220 pounds. The picture of me on the left is from over this past Summer (2013), weighing about 175-180.
My weight constantly goes up and down, and I can’t seem to lose any more.. Since the Summer time, I’ve probably gained about 10 pounds back. Making my weight range from 180-185 depending on the day I suppose. My ultimate goal weight is 150 pounds, but my short-term goal right now is 170!
I’ve just been drinking more water, stopped drinking soda, eating better (for the most part), and I just recently started going back to the gym. If anyone has any weight loss tips, I would love to hear them! I’m in desperate need! I’m kind of stuck at the weight I am right now, I need help!
